the company Equa di Camilla Morabito Srl, promoter and organizer of the event “The Gameland 2008” has set out the shipment of the Spin Cards to the winners who have chosed this payment method.
The procedure, unfortunately even if with some delay not depending on Equa’s willing, is almost completed.

However, some under-age have not yet sent the required form duly completed and signed by a parent and, although several attempts made, we did not succeeded in contacting them ...

in relation to prizes in gold coins we want to inform you that here below (ANNEX 1) is given the certificate showing the date of purchase and the value of gold.
We want also to point out, regarding the evaluation of gold coins as follows:
Italian law relating to trade in gold (l. 17/01/2000 n ° 7) regulates the trade in gold and distinguishes 24 k pure gold (999.99 ° / oo) from the one used for commerce.
The pure gold is used just for investment, while for trading only gold with purity equal to or higher than 325 ° / oo can be used.
The gold used for coinage of gold coins delivered as prize is gold 750 ° / oo that is 18 carat gold, and it is the gold with the higher title (value) used in Italy for gold items (dpr 30 May 2002 No. 150, Article 4) (ANNEX 2)

Please note that in other countries such as USA, France and England, the gold used for gold items is 14 carats, that is 585 ° / oo.
Please note that certification of gold purity is directly provided by gold producer who stamps on it the appropriate identifier stamp

Important notice for the winners

Dear Winners,

Company Equa informs you to have already provided to send you all certified mails on Friday 24th April 2009, in accordance with terms for this fulfilment.

From a first check on Italian Postal Service website, we noted – with extreme astonishment – that certified mails sent to abroad winners have left Postal Office only on 4th May 2009, and some of them addressed to Italian winners have been sent with delay too.

We want to reassure you about good outcome of prizes payment and we want to inform you that, due to this misdelivery, not depending from the willing of company Equa, we provided to infringe some preiously communicated terms: certified mails for gold coins purchase will have to be received by our Company within 16th May 2009 and not 11th May 2009, while the remaining certified mails will have to be receivey by our Company within 20th May 2009.

Since the gold needed for the coinage will be purchased on 20th May 2009, the undersigned company requires to be advised at least 3 days in advance in order to know the value of the gold to be purchased. Therefore, the winners choosing this option must send back the attached form by certified mail within and not later than 16th May 2009 (the mail stamp will attest the date). The timing required for the gold coinage will be of 1 month starting from May 20th 2009.

What is The Gameland: World Console Championship?

It's the most important event in Italy, fully dedicated to the videogames and multimedia industry.

It's the greatest console videogames tournament ever realized for number of participants (more than 4.000 players from all over the world) and size of the prize pool: 210 consoles, placed on a 3.300 square meters surface, which release their power on 210 LCD HD Tvs, will be the instrument used by the players' learned hands in order to conquer the huge 80.000 euros prize pool.

It's a match point for publishers, developers, experts, software houses and the big public.

The Gameland; World Console Championship is also a fair: in fact, more than 2.000 square meters, in a beautiful tension structure situated in front of the 3.300 square meters of the gaming area, will be totally dedicated to sponsors and exhibitors. In this area they will be able to show the newest games, software and hardware on the market, and the public will be entertained by mini-tournaments with separate prize pool.

For the three days, many entertaining performances will be held on the main stage and not only there: Breakdance, Parkour, Tossers, Rappers and much much more.

WCC will be a yearly event, in order to be a fix appointment for the big public and the players from all over the world.
